These guidelines are here to help your journey to and from Auckland or Hamilton Airport—go smoothly and stress-free.Booking & Payment· Booking ahead helps! To ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. If that is not possible, give us a ring or email, we will do our best to meet your requirements· Full payment 2 days within receipt of confirmation email. If it is a last-minute booking, give us a ring, we will consider a cash payment on pickup at the airport in some circumstances.· You can pay securely online via credit/debit card (a small fee applies), or avoid surcharges by paying via direct bank transfer.· All prices are in NZD and include GST.Cancellations & Refunds· Need to cancel? No worries—you’ll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance.· Cancelling less than 24 hours may result in a partial or full fare being held, depending on the circumstances. If your flight is cancelled you will get a full refund.Luggage Guidelines· Each passenger is allowed:
· 1 small carry-on (up to 7kg)· 1 large suitcase (up to 25 kg)· Extra or large items? That’s okay—just tell us in advance so we can plan for space. Airport pickup and drop-off information
Your driver will meet you at the Shuttle stand, marked X, as showen on the ground floor map. It is near the Airports One nz Vodafone store. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it. There is a five minute walk from the Shuttle stand to the Off site transfer zone, as showen in the Carpark map. Your driver will assist you to the parked Shuttle. If you have special requirements, your driver can make arrangements to accommodate your needs. The Shuttle drop off point is in the Transport hub nearer the Airport (see maps below).
